To address the increasing public resentment against environmental problems and to minimize the same, the Tripura State Pollution Control Board is taking prompt action as and when required aganist any complain since its inception. Due to the increased public awareness about environmental protection, several complaints are received from individuals and organizations regarding various aspects of environmental pollution. To take appropriate actions against these complaints, an active team of Officials of the Board is functioning at the head office of the Board including the three Zonal Offices. The Board has tried to aware the people of the State about environment and pollution hazards by displaying advertisements in daily local newspapers, magazines and souvenirs.
